How can I make an image (banner) created in Photoshop web clickable – taking the user to your site?
Basically I’d like to take an image and have it so the web browser can click on it – and it takes them to your site?

or you need to switch to Imageready. There you can add url to your banner.
Just open your psd image in Imageready, then select Image Map tool, select your image and create a map area.
Check for Image Map panel, under Name: > URL: Add your url address in the URL box.
Click save and test in your browser.
